Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at support@shoplunavera.com and include your order number and reason for the return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
